Aqara Hub M2

The Aqara Hub M2 is a versatile smart home control center that combines a Zigbee 3.0 hub, WiFi gateway, and infrared controller in a single, elegantly designed device. Supporting up to 128 Aqara child devices, the M2 serves as the central nervous system for your smart home, enabling communication between devices and integration with major smart home platforms including Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Samsung SmartThings.

The built-in 360-degree IR blaster allows the M2 to control traditional air conditioners, TVs, set-top boxes, and other IR-controlled devices, bridging the gap between legacy electronics and modern smart home systems. A comprehensive IR code library covers thousands of devices from major manufacturers, and custom codes can be learned for unsupported equipment. The hub also features a speaker for alarm alerts, doorbell chimes, and automation notifications.

Connectivity options include 2.4GHz WiFi and an Ethernet port for wired connection, ensuring reliable network access. The M2 can function as a Matter bridge, exposing connected Zigbee devices to Matter-compatible platforms through a firmware update. With dimensions of 102 x 102 x 37mm and powered via USB-C, the hub can be placed on a shelf, table, or wall-mounted using the included bracket. Operating temperature range spans 0 to 40 degrees Celsius.
