Step-by-Step Installation
- Measure and confirm fit: SmartWings shades are made to order. Verify measurements match your window.
- Decide mounting style: Inside mount (within frame) or outside mount (on wall/ceiling).
- Install brackets: Position brackets at each end. For inside mount, brackets go inside the frame. Use level to align.
- Drill pilot holes: Mark and drill holes for mounting screws.
- Secure brackets: Attach brackets firmly with included screws.
- Mount the shade: Insert one end of the roller into the bracket, then snap the other end into place.
- Connect power: Plug in the power adapter (hardwired models) or ensure battery is charged.
