What's in the Box
The Roborock Qrevo Curv package contains: the Qrevo Curv robot vacuum and mop, the Multifunctional Dock (featuring auto-empty, self-wash, and hot air drying), a power cable, side brush, mopping pads, dust bags, Roborock floor cleaning solution, and the quick start guide. Check all components before beginning installation.
Prerequisites
Have the following items and conditions prepared before starting:
- A 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz WiFi network with stable internet access
- The Roborock app installed on your iOS or Android device
- A hard, flat area near a wall outlet for the Multifunctional Dock — leave at least 1.5 feet of clearance on each side and 4 feet of open space in front for the robot to dock and undock
- Floors cleared of small objects, loose cables, and low-profile items for the initial mapping run
Step-by-Step Setup
- Prepare the Multifunctional Dock: Position the dock against a wall on a level surface. Connect the power cable and plug it in. Fill the clean water tank and add cleaning solution to the designated reservoir. Place a new dust bag in the auto-empty compartment.
- Get the Qrevo Curv ready: Remove all protective films, packaging tape, and foam inserts from the robot. The Qrevo Curv features an adaptive design — install the side brush on the underside and attach the dual mopping pads using the magnetic mount system.
- Initial charge: Dock the Qrevo Curv on the Multifunctional Dock to start charging. The indicator light will pulse while the battery charges. A full charge takes about 4 to 5 hours. Let it reach 100% before the first cleaning run for the best performance.
- Connect via the Roborock app: Open the Roborock app, sign in or register, and tap "+" to add a new device. Select "Roborock Qrevo Curv" from the device list. Follow the in-app pairing flow. When prompted, press and hold the power button on the robot until you hear the pairing mode announcement.
- Map your home: Start a mapping run from the app. The Qrevo Curv uses advanced LiDAR navigation and Reactive AI obstacle avoidance to build a detailed floor plan. Its adaptive body design allows it to lower its profile to clean under furniture that other robots can't reach. Open all interior doors for a complete map.
- Customize settings: After mapping, open the floor plan in the Roborock app. Label rooms, set suction power and mopping water flow per room, define no-go zones and no-mop areas, and configure scheduled cleaning sessions. The hot air drying feature on the dock activates automatically after mop washing — you can adjust drying duration in the app settings.
Smart Home Integration Tips
The Qrevo Curv supports Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Siri Shortcuts. Link your Roborock account in the Alexa or Google Home app to enable voice commands like "Alexa, ask Roborock to start cleaning" or "Hey Google, vacuum the kitchen." Create Siri Shortcuts in the Roborock app on iOS for custom voice triggers. The Qrevo Curv can also be added to smart home automations — pair it with geofencing through your smart home platform so cleaning starts automatically when you leave for work.
Quick Troubleshooting
If the Qrevo Curv is not detected during pairing, hold the power button and home button together for 3 seconds to reset the WiFi module. Ensure your phone is connected to the same network. If the Multifunctional Dock's self-wash, auto-empty, or hot air drying features aren't activating, check that water tanks are properly inserted, the dust bag has capacity, and the dock is receiving power. Run a firmware update check through the Roborock app immediately after setup — updates often resolve initial performance and connectivity issues.
