Troubleshooting

  • Camera won't set up: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Move closer to the camera during setup. Restart the camera by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds.
  • Wi-Fi connection issues: Check signal strength at camera location. Try connecting to 2.4GHz if 5GHz is weak. Ensure router firmware is up to date.
  • Battery draining quickly: High-traffic areas drain battery faster. Reduce detection sensitivity. Use wired power adapter for areas with frequent motion.
  • Missing notifications: Check Google Home app notification settings. Ensure camera's detection settings are properly configured. Verify phone's Do Not Disturb isn't blocking alerts.
  • Status light meanings: Pulsing white = charging. Solid white = fully charged. Spinning white = starting up. Solid green = recording/streaming.
