Step-by-Step Setup

Charge battery pack: Fully charge the included battery before installation (about 8 hours).
Measure window: Measure your window opening to ensure proper fit. KADRILJ is available in various sizes.
Install mounting brackets: Mark and drill holes for brackets. Ensure they're level with each other.
Insert battery: Slide the charged battery into the motor compartment.
Mount the blind: Click the roller blind assembly into the brackets.
Test operation: Use the included remote to test up and down movement.
Open IKEA Home Smart app: Go to your hub settings and add a new device.
Pair the blind: Press the pairing button on the motor for 5 seconds. Follow app instructions.
Calibrate positions: Set the top (open) and bottom (closed) limits in the app.
Set up schedules: Create automations to open/close at specific times.

Motor not responding: Check battery charge. Press motor buttons to test. Ensure battery is properly connected.
Blind not level: Verify brackets are installed level. Adjust if needed. Reinstall blind in brackets.
Pairing issues: Ensure hub is online. Move blind near hub for pairing. Reset motor by removing battery for 30 seconds.
Doesn't stop at correct position: Recalibrate limits in the app. Run full travel cycle and save positions.
Remote not working: Ensure remote is paired to the blind. Replace remote battery if needed.
