Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Pull battery tab: Remove isolation tab to power on
  2. Open Hue app: Go to Settings → Accessories
  3. Add accessory: Tap "Add accessory" → "Motion sensor"
  4. Discovery: App will find the sensor
  5. Assign to room: Choose which room
  6. Configure light sensitivity: Set when lights should trigger
  7. Set day/night behavior: Different scenes for day and night
  8. Mount: Use magnetic mount or included screws
