Step 1: Download the App
Download the Whistle app from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account.
Step 2: Charge the Tracker
Connect the tracker to the charging cable and plug into a USB power source. Charge fully before first use (about 2 hours).
Step 3: Activate Your Tracker
Follow the app instructions to activate your tracker. You'll need to select a subscription plan for cellular connectivity.
Step 4: Set Up Pet Profile
Add your pet's information including name, photo, breed, weight, and birthday. This helps personalize health insights.
Step 5: Attach to Collar
Secure the Whistle tracker to your pet's collar using the included attachment clip. Ensure it's snug but comfortable.
Step 6: Set Safe Places
Define locations like "Home" as safe places. You'll be alerted when your pet leaves or arrives at these zones.
