Robot Not Connecting to WiFi
Symptoms
- Setup fails in app

- Use correct app - Dreame uses Dreamehome app; Ecovacs uses ECOVACS HOME app.
- 2.4GHz network only - Both robots require 2.4GHz WiFi, not 5GHz.
- Reset WiFi - For Dreame: hold Home + Power; for Ecovacs: hold Reset button.
- Router settings - Disable AP isolation and MAC filtering during setup.
- Dock position - Place dock near router initially for better setup signal.
Robot Not Cleaning Properly

- Map accuracy - Run a full clean cycle to build complete map. Don't interrupt first run.
- Clear obstacles - Remove cables, small objects, and low-hanging items that trap robot.

- Check bag/container - Replace disposable bag or empty dust container in station.
- Clean dock sensors - Wipe charging contacts and sensors on both robot and dock.
