Eve Light Strip (Matter)
Common Symptoms
- Strip not powering on
- Colors not displaying correctly
- Sections not lighting up
- Not responding to Home app commands
Power Issues
- Check power adapter connection
- Verify outlet has power
- Inspect connector between adapter and strip
- Try different outlet
Color/Lighting Issues
- Check color settings in Home app
- Update firmware via Eve app

Partial Strip Failure
- Check for damage or cuts in unlit section

Reset Procedures
Eve Light Strip Reset
- Unplug the strip
- Wait 10 seconds
- Plug back in—strip should flash
- If no flash, hold reset button during power-on
Eve Outdoor Cam Reset
- Press and hold reset button for 10+ seconds
- LED will indicate reset
- Re-add in Home app
