Innr Smart Light or Plug Not Pairing or Responding

Innr Zigbee lights and plugs work with most Zigbee hubs. This guide covers pairing issues.

Light Not Pairing

1. Works with Hue Bridge, SmartThings, ZHA, Z2M
2. Reset bulb: Turn on/off 6 times quickly
3. Bulb flashes when in pairing mode
4. Put hub in pairing mode first
5. Keep bulb near hub during pairing

Outdoor Light Setup

1. Check power connections secure
2. Transformer provides low voltage power
3. Pair indoors first, then install outside
4. Range depends on Zigbee mesh
5. Waterproof for outdoor use

Smart Plug Pairing

1. Press button until LED blinks
2. Works with most Zigbee coordinators
3. Acts as Zigbee repeater
4. Energy monitoring available
5. Max 10A load typical

Hue Bridge Compatibility

1. Innr works with Philips Hue Bridge
2. Add as third-party light
3. Some features limited vs native Hue
4. Entertainment areas may not work
5. Firmware updates via Innr app

Color Accuracy

1. RGBW bulbs have separate white LED
2. White modes more accurate than RGB white
3. Color temperature range varies by model
4. Calibrate via hub app if available

Home Assistant Setup

1. ZHA or Z2M integration
2. Creates light entity with controls
3. Color, brightness, temp available
4. Works as mesh repeater
5. OTA updates via Z2M
