Connection Issues
Device Going Offline
- Check Zigbee mesh coverage
- Innr plugs act as repeaters—add for better mesh
- Move device closer to hub or repeater
- Check for Zigbee/WiFi interference
Intermittent Connection
- Add more Zigbee repeaters (plugs, bulbs)
- Ensure hub has clear line to devices
- Check for interference from USB 3.0 devices
- Consider changing Zigbee channel
Outdoor Lights
Pathway and Spot Lights
- IP65 rated for outdoor use
- Zigbee signal may be weaker outdoors
- Ensure power supply is weatherproof
- Add indoor Zigbee device near outdoor lights
Multiple Lights on One Power Supply
- Each light pairs individually
- Don't exceed power supply wattage limit
- Check all lights are powered
Brightness and Color
Dimming Issues
- Verify bulb supports dimming
- Check hub/app dimming settings
- Some bulbs have minimum brightness level
Color Temperature
- Not all Innr bulbs support color
- White-only bulbs may have tunable temperature
- Check product specifications

As Zigbee Repeater
- Innr plugs extend Zigbee mesh
