Innr offers Zigbee-compatible smart bulbs and lights that work with various hubs. This guide covers common pairing and control issues.
Bulb Won't Pair to Hub
Zigbee pairing issues:
- Hub compatibility: Works with Hue Bridge, SmartThings, Zigbee2MQTT, ZHA, etc.
- Reset bulb: Turn off/on 6 times (1 second each) - bulb will blink when reset
- Pairing mode: Start hub pairing before resetting bulb
- Close proximity: Pair with bulb close to hub/coordinator
- Hue Bridge: Enable "third-party lights" in Hue app settings
Lights Go Offline
When Innr devices become unreachable:
- Zigbee mesh: Innr bulbs are repeaters - mesh may reorganize
- Power state: Light needs constant power at switch
- Re-pair: Remove and re-add light to hub
- Firmware: Check for hub/coordinator firmware updates
Dimming or Color Issues
Performance problems:
- Color accuracy: Colors may differ slightly from Hue bulbs
- Dimming range: Minimum brightness varies by model
- Color temperature: White bulbs have Kelvin range - check specs
- Grouping: Group similar bulbs for consistent behavior
Outdoor Lights
For Innr outdoor products:
- Weatherproofing: Install according to IP rating guidelines
- Range: May need outdoor Zigbee repeaters
- Pathway lights: Ensure proper spacing for mesh network
- Power supply: Use Innr power supply for compatible products
Home Assistant Integration
For HA users:
- ZHA: Well-supported in Zigbee Home Automation
- Zigbee2MQTT: Full support with device page documentation
- Hue integration: Works through Hue Bridge integration
