SwitchBot Hub Mini

The SwitchBot Hub Mini connects SwitchBot Bluetooth devices to WiFi for remote access and voice assistant integration, while also functioning as an infrared blaster for controlling legacy IR devices. This compact, affordable hub provides essential smart home connectivity without the additional sensors found in the Hub 2.

The built-in IR blaster controls over 80,000 compatible infrared devices including TVs, air conditioners, fans, and AV equipment. Transform legacy devices into voice-controlled smart devices through Alexa, Google Assistant, or app commands. The learning function captures IR signals from original remotes for devices not in the database.

WiFi connectivity (2.4GHz) bridges Bluetooth-connected SwitchBot devices to the internet for remote access from anywhere. Control SwitchBot Bot, Curtain, and other accessories through the app or voice commands when away from home. Note that Matter support requires the Hub 2—the standard Hub Mini does not include Matter bridge functionality.

The compact design (dimensions approximately 65mm square) fits unobtrusively on shelves or mounts to walls. The SwitchBot app provides scheduling, scenes, and automation triggers based on time or other SwitchBot sensor readings. Integration with Alexa, Google Assistant, IFTTT, and Home Assistant extends automation possibilities beyond the SwitchBot ecosystem.
