What You'll Need
- Amazon Basics Smart Power Strip (6 Outlet)
- Amazon Alexa app (iOS/Android)
- 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network

Step-by-Step Setup
- Plug in the power strip: Connect to a wall outlet. The LED will start blinking orange
- Open the Alexa app: Go to "Devices" → "+" → "Add Device"
- Select device type: Choose "Plug" → "Amazon Basics" or let Alexa auto-detect
- Start discovery: Alexa will search for new devices
- Connect to strip: Follow prompts to connect to "Amazon-XXX" Wi-Fi if needed
- Enter Wi-Fi password: Provide your 2.4GHz network credentials
- Wait for setup: The LED will turn solid white when connected
- Name outlets: Give each of the 6 outlets a custom name

Troubleshooting
- LED not blinking: Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to enter setup mode
- Alexa can't find device: Ensure Alexa app has location permissions. Try moving closer to your router
- Outlets show offline: Power cycle the strip. Check if your Wi-Fi network is working
- Voice command confusion: Use distinct names for outlets. Avoid names similar to other devices
- Factory reset: Hold power button for 15 seconds until LED flashes rapidly
