How to Set Up Your YoLink Smart Power Strip

What You'll Need

  • 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (for hub only)

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Set up YoLink Hub first: If not already done, connect hub to router via ethernet and power
  2. Open YoLink app: Ensure your hub shows as online
  3. Add new device: Tap "+" → "Power Strip" from the device list
  4. Prepare the power strip: Plug in the strip but don't connect devices yet
  5. Enter pairing mode: Press and hold the button until LED blinks rapidly
  6. Wait for detection: YoLink's LoRa technology will find the strip (range up to 1/4 mile)
  7. Name outlets: Assign names to each controllable outlet
  8. Test operation: Toggle each outlet to verify connectivity

Troubleshooting
