Step-by-Step Setup
- Installation complete: Verify range is properly installed with power/gas connected.
- Power on range: Turn on using control panel.
- Download SmartHQ: Install app on your smartphone.
- Create account: Sign up or log in to GE Appliances account.
- Add appliance: Tap "+" and select Range from appliance types.
- Enable pairing: On range, press and hold WiFi/Connect button until indicator flashes.
- Connect to WiFi: Follow app prompts. Select 2.4GHz network and enter password.
- Complete pairing: Range connects and appears in your SmartHQ dashboard.
- Link voice assistant: Enable Alexa or Google skill in SmartHQ settings.
- Set up notifications: Configure alerts for cooking complete, preheat ready, etc.

Troubleshooting
- Won't connect: Must use 2.4GHz WiFi. Check signal strength at range location.
- Remote preheat blocked: Requires oven to be empty and door closed.
- Scan-to-Cook not recognizing: Ensure barcode is clearly visible. Try manual entry.
- In-oven camera blurry: Clean camera lens inside oven. Wait for oven to cool.
- App shows offline: Check range WiFi status. Reconnect if needed.
