Charger Won't Connect to WiFi
Setup problems:
- Emporia app: Use Emporia Energy app for setup
- 2.4GHz only: Only connects to 2.4GHz WiFi
- Account: Create Emporia account before setup
- Reset: Factory reset via app or button combination
- Garage WiFi: May need extender for garage signal
Charging Not Starting
When vehicle won't charge:
- Connection: Ensure J1772 connector is fully seated
- Amperage limit: Check maximum amperage setting
- Schedule: Verify charging schedule allows current time
