Strip Not Connecting to WiFi
Symptoms
- Not found in app
- Pairing fails
- Shows offline
Solutions
- Use Smart Life app - GHome devices typically use Smart Life or Tuya app.
- 2.4GHz only - Only supports 2.4GHz WiFi networks.
- Reset strip - Hold power button for 5-10 seconds until LED blinks rapidly.
- EZ mode vs AP mode - Try both pairing modes if one fails.
- Same network - Phone must be on 2.4GHz network during setup.
Outlet Control Issues
Symptoms
- Outlets not responding individually
- USB ports not controllable
- Delayed response
Solutions
- Individual control - Each outlet appears as separate device in app.
- USB ports - Check if USB control is available for your model.
- WiFi signal - Weak signal causes delays. Move closer to router.
- Firmware update - Check app for device firmware updates.
Energy Monitoring
Symptoms
- Power usage not showing
- Energy data inaccurate
- No historical data
Solutions
- Check model - Not all strips include energy monitoring.
- View in app - Tap device for energy statistics if available.
- Calibration time - Allow 24 hours for accurate readings.

- Discover devices - After linking, discover new devices.
