Legrand Radiant smart outlets and switches offer premium in-wall control. This guide covers connectivity issues.

WiFi/Matter Device Setup

1. Turn off breaker before installation
2. Requires neutral wire connection
3. Use Legrand Home app for WiFi devices
4. Matter devices scan QR code
5. Power on after installation complete

Z-Wave Device Pairing

1. Install switch/outlet with power off
2. Power on after wiring complete
3. Put Z-Wave hub in inclusion mode
4. Press paddle to pair
5. Exclude if previously paired elsewhere

Not Responding to Commands

1. Check wiring connections secure
2. Verify breaker is on
3. Test manual operation (paddle)
4. Check WiFi signal or Z-Wave range
5. Re-pair device if persistent

Matter Version Features

1. Works with Apple, Google, Alexa, HA
2. Local control without cloud
3. Multi-admin allows multiple platforms
4. Thread not required (WiFi Matter)
5. Firmware updates via manufacturer app

Dimmer Configuration

1. Check bulb compatibility for dimming
2. Minimum load may be required
3. LED bulbs may flicker at low levels
