Basic Troubleshooting
1. Check LED Status
- Solid green: Connected and ready
- Blinking green: Connecting or pairing mode
- No LED: No power
2. Power Cycle
- Unplug device from outlet
- Wait 10 seconds
- Plug back in
- Wait for reconnection (30-60 seconds)
3. Check WiFi
- Most Meross devices need 2.4GHz WiFi
- Verify signal strength at device location
- Check router hasn't changed password
