Strip Not Connecting to WiFi

Individual Outlets Not Responding
- Check outlet isn't in "always on" mode

- Check max amperage for USB devices
- Some strips have fast-charging USB ports

Energy Monitoring Not Showing
- Not all strips have power monitoring
- Monitoring may be per-strip not per-outlet
- Check app shows kWh or wattage readings
- Values update periodically not real-time
- Historical data may require subscription
Voice Control Setup
- Link manufacturer account in Alexa/Google
- Each outlet appears as separate device
- Rename outlets for easy voice control
- "Turn off outlet 1" or custom names
- Group outlets in rooms for bulk control
