Charger Won't Connect to WiFi

Setup issues:

  • Wallbox app: Use myWallbox app for setup
  • Bluetooth first: Initial connection is via Bluetooth
  • 2.4GHz network: Only connects to 2.4GHz WiFi
  • Reset: Hold button until LED changes to reset
  • Signal strength: Garage may need WiFi extender

Charging Issues

When vehicle won't charge:

  • Connection: Ensure cable is fully connected to vehicle
  • LED status: Green = ready, Blue = charging, Red = fault
  • Power sharing: If using Power Boost, ensure CT clamps are connected
  • Locked status: Charger may be locked - unlock in app
  • Schedule: Check charging schedule isn't preventing charging

Power Boost/Solar Integration

For solar or power sharing setups:

  • CT clamps: Current transformers must be properly installed on mains
  • Calibration: Run power calibration in app
  • Dynamic power: Charger adjusts based on home power usage
  • Solar excess: Configure to use solar surplus if available

Smart Home Integration

Connecting to assistants:

  • Alexa: Link Wallbox account in Alexa app
  • Google Home: Add Wallbox integration
  • Home Assistant: Wallbox integration available
  • OCPP: Supports OCPP for advanced integrations
