Charger Won't Connect to WiFi
Setup issues:
- Wallbox app: Use myWallbox app for setup
- Bluetooth first: Initial connection is via Bluetooth
- 2.4GHz network: Only connects to 2.4GHz WiFi
- Reset: Hold button until LED changes to reset
- Signal strength: Garage may need WiFi extender
Charging Issues
When vehicle won't charge:
- Connection: Ensure cable is fully connected to vehicle
- LED status: Green = ready, Blue = charging, Red = fault
- Power sharing: If using Power Boost, ensure CT clamps are connected
- Locked status: Charger may be locked - unlock in app
- Schedule: Check charging schedule isn't preventing charging
Power Boost/Solar Integration
For solar or power sharing setups:
- CT clamps: Current transformers must be properly installed on mains
- Calibration: Run power calibration in app
- Dynamic power: Charger adjusts based on home power usage
- Solar excess: Configure to use solar surplus if available
Smart Home Integration
Connecting to assistants:
- Alexa: Link Wallbox account in Alexa app
- Google Home: Add Wallbox integration
- Home Assistant: Wallbox integration available
- OCPP: Supports OCPP for advanced integrations
