The Leviton Decora Smart Dimmer with Matter support brings professional-grade dimming control with universal smart home compatibility to residential installations. This hardwired dimmer features Leviton's signature Decora styling with a paddle switch and LED indicator bar showing current brightness level. Matter certification ensures native compatibility with Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Samsung SmartThings.

The dimmer handles up to 600W of LED/CFL or 1000W of incandescent/halogen loads, with advanced dimming technology that eliminates buzzing and flickering common with lesser dimmers. A neutral wire is required for installation, standard in most modern homes. The device communicates via WiFi with Matter protocol for local control and instant response times.

Multi-way installation is supported using Leviton's companion switches for 3-way or 4-way configurations. The My Leviton app provides additional features including scheduling, scene creation, and away mode that varies lighting to simulate occupancy. LED brightness indicator can be adjusted or disabled for bedroom installations where any light might disturb sleep.
