Wyze Lock

The Wyze Lock is a smart lock adapter that retrofits your existing deadbolt to add WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, auto-unlock, remote access, and voice control without replacing your door hardware. This unique approach lets you keep your existing keys and exterior appearance while adding full smart lock functionality at a fraction of the cost of complete lock replacement.

The motor housing attaches to the interior thumb-turn of compatible single-cylinder deadbolts and takes over manual locking/unlocking while preserving the key cylinder for traditional access. WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity enable remote locking/unlocking through the Wyze app, auto-unlock based on phone proximity, and guest access management with temporary codes.

The included Wyze Lock Gateway plugs into a nearby outlet and bridges the lock to your WiFi network for remote access when away from home. Without the gateway, the lock operates via Bluetooth only when in range. The app provides real-time status, history logs, scheduled lock times, and integration with Wyze Rules for automation with cameras and sensors.

Voice control through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant allows hands-free locking and status checks. Battery-powered operation (4 AA batteries) typically provides several months of use with low-battery alerts. Compatible with most standard single-cylinder deadbolts from 1-1/8" to 1-3/4" thick. Note that Apple HomeKit and Matter are not supported.
