Dual-band WiFi (2.4GHz and 5GHz) and Bluetooth connectivity ensure reliable wireless communications.

The T4 includes enhanced audio capabilities with dual microphones and powerful speakers for crystal-clear intercom communications via Rava SIP technology. Built-in voice recognition enables spoken commands for quick actions like adjusting lights, playing music, or arming the security system. Native apps for Crestron Home OS, Sonos sound control, and Zoom Rooms conferencing provide seamless integration with popular platforms. The faster processor enables instant video doorbell feeds, particularly optimized for the Control4 Chime Video Doorbell.

In-wall models require Power over Ethernet (PoE), eliminating the need for local power supplies, while tabletop versions use a magnetic docking stand for reliable charging. Tool-less installation with magnetic mounting makes setup and removal quick, and the T4 uses the same backbox as all Control4 touchscreens since 2010 for easy retrofits.
