Eve Energy Outlet

The Eve Energy Outlet is an in-wall smart outlet featuring Matter certification for cross-platform compatibility with Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Samsung SmartThings. Replacing a standard duplex outlet, this device provides two independently controllable receptacles with advanced energy monitoring, all operating over Thread for responsive local control.

Installation replaces existing outlets and requires neutral wire connection—professional installation is recommended for those unfamiliar with electrical work. Once installed, each receptacle can be controlled independently, allowing different schedules or automations for devices plugged into top and bottom outlets. Available in white to match standard outlet covers.

As a Full Thread Device (FTD), the always-powered outlet acts as a router within your Thread mesh network, strengthening connectivity for other Thread devices throughout your home. The hardwired installation ensures consistent router availability without battery concerns. Thread border router required for operation.

Energy monitoring tracks power consumption for connected devices, with detailed data available in Apple Home and Samsung SmartThings apps. Schedule automated on/off times, create voice-controlled routines, or trigger based on other sensor events. Matter certification ensures true cross-platform operation—setup through any Matter controller makes the outlet available across all connected platforms. No cloud required for operation; all processing is local. UL-certified for safety.
