Radio Thermostat CT101 Z-Wave

The Radio Thermostat CT101 is a reliable Z-Wave thermostat featuring an easy-to-use touchscreen interface and broad HVAC compatibility. The device works with virtually all residential heating and cooling systems including single and two-stage conventional heating (gas/oil/electric), heat pumps with up to two stages plus auxiliary heat, zoned forced air and hot water systems, millivolt systems, and hybrid configurations. The 908.42 MHz Z-Wave radio enables integration with most major smart home platforms.

The CT101 operates on 4 AA batteries with an optional C-wire connection. When powered by batteries, Z-Wave radio activates on demand to conserve power, providing up to 2-year battery life. With C-wire power, the radio stays continuously active and helps route Z-Wave network traffic for improved mesh reliability. The large backlit touchscreen display shows current temperature, setpoints, and system mode, with 7-day programming available directly on the device when not connected to a smart home system.

Compatibility spans numerous Z-Wave platforms including SmartThings, Home Assistant, Hubitat, Vera, HomeSeer, Wink, ADT Pulse, 2GIG, Vivint, and Fibaro Home Center. The slim form factor fits standard wall plates, and the intuitive interface includes a full and partial screen lock for restricting access in rental or commercial spaces.
