- AirGradient ONE
- Smartphone, tablet, or laptop with Wi-Fi
- 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network
- USB-C power cable and adapter
- Web browser
Step-by-Step Setup
- Power On Device: Connect the AirGradient ONE to power. Wait for the blue LED to start flashing (10-30 seconds).
- Connect to Device Hotspot: On your phone/laptop, find the Wi-Fi network named "airgradient-xxxxx" (xxxxx is your device serial number).
- Enter Hotspot Password: The password for the AirGradient hotspot is "cleanair" (all lowercase).
- Open Configuration Page: A configuration page should open automatically. If not, open a browser and go to 192.168.4.1.
- Select Your Wi-Fi: Choose your home Wi-Fi network from the list. For hidden networks, enter the name manually.
- Enter Wi-Fi Password: Enter your Wi-Fi password (not "cleanair" - that was just for the setup hotspot).

- Blue LED not flashing: Wait up to 30 seconds after powering on. If still not flashing, power cycle the device.
- Can't find hotspot: Ensure you're looking for "airgradient-xxxxx" not your home network.
- Configuration page won't load: Make sure you're connected to the AirGradient hotspot, not your home Wi-Fi.
- 5GHz network not working: AirGradient only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks.
- WPA Enterprise/Captive portals: These network types are not supported. Use a standard WPA2 network.
