Troubleshooting

  • Camera won't connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure you're using 2.4GHz network (5GHz not supported). Move camera closer to router during setup. Check that your Wi-Fi password is correct.
  • LED meanings: Slow blue blink = ready for setup. Fast blue blink = connecting. Solid blue = connected. Amber = charging. Amber blink = low battery.
  • Battery draining quickly: Reduce video quality from 2K to 1080p. Lower motion sensitivity. Enable "Optimized" battery mode in Power Management settings.
  • Motion not detected: Check that motion detection is armed. Verify activity zones cover the desired area. Increase motion sensitivity if needed.
  • Video lag or buffering: Check Wi-Fi signal strength in camera settings. Consider a Wi-Fi extender if signal is weak. Reduce video quality if bandwidth is limited.
