Troubleshooting

  • Camera not syncing: Verify HomeBase 3 is online (solid blue LED). Move camera within range during sync. Factory reset camera by holding SYNC for 10 seconds if needed.
  • Battery draining faster than expected: High activity areas reduce battery life. Adjust motion sensitivity. Consider adding a eufy solar panel for continuous charging.
  • Face not recognized: Re-add the face under better lighting conditions. Ensure the camera captures faces at a good angle (not too high or too low).
  • Video delay: Check HomeBase connection. Strong Wi-Fi signal is needed for smooth streaming. Reduce video quality if bandwidth is limited.
  • Spotlight not turning on: Enable spotlight in camera settings. Check that motion detection is armed. Verify battery level is sufficient.
