Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Position the camera: Place the S350 on a flat surface with a clear view of the area you want to monitor. The dual-lens design works best when centered in a room.
  2. Connect power: Plug the USB cable into the camera and connect the adapter to an outlet. The camera will power on and the status LED will blink blue.
  3. Download the eufy Security app: Install from your app store and create an account or sign in.
  4. Add the camera: Tap the "+" icon in the app and select "Indoor Cam S350" from the device list.
  5. Enter pairing mode: If the LED isn't blinking blue, press and hold the SYNC button for 2 seconds until you hear "Ready for setup."
  6. Connect to Wi-Fi: Follow the app prompts to select your 2.4GHz network and enter the password. The camera will announce "Connection successful" when connected.
  7. Insert microSD card (optional): For local storage without subscription fees, insert a microSD card (up to 128GB) into the slot on the back of the camera.
  8. Configure settings: Set up motion detection zones, privacy modes, and activity notifications in the app.
  9. Test pan and tilt: Use the app to verify the 360° pan and tilt functions are working correctly.

Troubleshooting

  • Camera won't connect: Ensure you're using 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (5GHz not supported). Factory reset by holding SYNC button for 10 seconds if needed.
  • Pan/tilt not responding: Check for obstructions around the camera. Restart the camera by unplugging and replugging power.
  • AI tracking lost subject: Improve lighting in the room. Ensure the subject stays within the camera's field of view. Adjust tracking sensitivity in settings.
  • microSD card not recognized: Use a Class 10 or higher microSD card. Format the card in the eufy app (Settings → Storage → Format SD Card).
  • Video quality issues: Check Wi-Fi signal strength. Move router closer or use a Wi-Fi extender. Clean the camera lenses.
