Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Download eufy Security App: Install from the App Store or Google Play and create an account.
  2. Connect HomeBase S380: Use the Ethernet cable to connect the HomeBase to your router.
  3. Power On HomeBase: Plug in the HomeBase and wait for the status LED to turn solid blue.
  4. Add HomeBase in App: Tap (+) > HomeBase > HomeBase S380. Scan the QR code on the base.
  5. Complete HomeBase Setup: Follow prompts to name the HomeBase and connect to your network.
  6. Charge Camera: Fully charge the eufyCam S3 Pro before first use.
  7. Add Camera: In the app, tap Add Device > eufyCam S3 Pro. Select your HomeBase.
  8. Sync Camera: Press the SYNC button on the camera and wait for the HomeBase to discover it.
  9. Mount and Test: Use the app's mounting guide to verify signal strength at your chosen location.
