What You'll Need
- Feit Electric Smart LED BR30 Color bulb
- Smartphone with Feit Electric app
- 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network
- BR30 compatible fixture (recessed lighting, etc.)
Step 1: Download the App
Download the Feit Electric app from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account or sign in.
Step 2: Install the Bulb
Screw the BR30 bulb into a compatible fixture. Turn the power switch on. The bulb should pulse to indicate pairing mode.
Step 3: Add Device in App
In the Feit app, tap "+" to add a new device. Select the BR30 color bulb from the device list.
Step 4: Connect to Wi-Fi
Ensure your phone is on your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Follow the app prompts to connect the bulb to your network.
Step 5: Customize Settings
Once connected, you can adjust color, brightness, and create schedules or scenes.

Troubleshooting
- Not in pairing mode: Turn on/off 3 times to reset to pairing
- Won't connect: Ensure 2.4GHz network (not 5GHz)
- Color inaccurate: Calibrate in app settings
- Offline: Check Wi-Fi connection; power cycle bulb
