Step-by-Step Setup
1. Install the Bulb
Screw the bulb into a standard E26 socket. Turn on power—the bulb blinks when ready for pairing.
2. Prepare Your Phone
Connect your phone to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. The bulb doesn't support 5 GHz connections.
3. Add in Cync App
- Download and open the Cync app
- Create an account or sign in
- Tap + → Add a Device
- Scan the QR code or enter the serial number
- Follow prompts to connect the bulb to Wi-Fi

Google Home Setup
- Open Google Home app
- Tap Add Device → Search for device
- Select the bulb when it appears
- Assign to a room
Factory Reset
Turn off 3 seconds, on 3 seconds—repeat 5 times. Bulb blinks 3 times when reset.
Troubleshooting
- Connection fails: Must use 2.4 GHz network
- Bulb not blinking: May already be paired—factory reset first
- Slow response: Check Wi-Fi signal strength at bulb location
