Step-by-Step Setup
- Turn off fixture: Ensure power is off before installation.
- Install the bulb: Screw the E12 bulb into the candelabra socket.
- Power on: Turn on the light fixture. The bulb will illuminate.
- Reset for pairing: If previously paired, turn off/on 6 times rapidly to enter pairing mode.
- Open controller app: Apple Home, Google Home, or compatible Matter app.
- Add device: Tap "+" to add an accessory.
- Scan Matter code: Find and scan the QR code from the packaging.
- Complete pairing: Wait for the bulb to connect via Thread.
- Assign room: Place in the appropriate room.
- Test operation: Verify dimming and other features work.

Troubleshooting
- Not entering pairing mode: Turn off/on 6 times with 1-second intervals. Bulb should pulse when in pairing mode.
- Thread network issues: Check border router is online. Move bulb closer during initial pairing.
- Bulb too dim at lowest setting: LED minimum brightness varies. Some flickering at very low levels is normal.
- Can't find Matter code: Code is on the bulb's packaging only (not on the bulb itself). Keep packaging until setup is complete.
- Bulb offline: Check Thread network health. Power cycle the bulb. May need to re-pair after power outages.
