Before You Begin

Make sure your light fixture is turned off at the switch before installing the bulb. The IKEA TRADFRI LED Bulb E26 806 lumen White connects via Zigbee and works with Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Home Assistant.

Step 1: Install the Bulb

Screw the IKEA TRADFRI LED Bulb E26 806 lumen White into your light fixture just like a regular bulb. Make sure it's securely seated but don't over-tighten.

Step 2: Power On

Turn on the light switch to power the bulb. The bulb may blink or pulse to indicate it's ready for setup.

Step 3: Download the App

Troubleshooting

Bulb won't connect: Make sure you're on a 2.4GHz network, not 5GHz
Bulb is unresponsive: Try turning the switch off and on 3 times to reset
App can't find bulb: Ensure Bluetooth and location services are enabled
