Troubleshooting

  • Won't connect to Wi-Fi: Only 2.4GHz networks are supported. Move alarm closer to router during setup. Check Wi-Fi password.
  • Chirping sound: Single chirp every 30-60 seconds indicates low battery. Replace batteries. End-of-life chirp means alarm needs replacement (after 10 years).
  • False alarms: Move away from kitchen/bathroom steam. Clean alarm with vacuum brush attachment. Check for dust or insects.
  • App not receiving alerts: Check phone notification settings. Ensure alarm is connected in app. Verify Wi-Fi is working.
  • Interconnected alarms not working: Ensure all alarms are on the same interconnect wire. Check wire connections. Test each alarm individually.
