What You'll Need
- Legrand Radiant Smart Switch (Matter)
- Screwdriver
- Voltage tester
- Wire connectors
- Matter-compatible smart home app
- Neutral wire (required)
Step 1: Turn Off Power
Shut off power at the circuit breaker. Verify with voltage tester.
Step 2: Remove Old Switch
Take off the wall plate and remove the existing switch. Note all wire connections.
Step 3: Connect Wires
Wire the smart switch: Line, Load, Neutral, and Ground connections per the included instructions.
Step 4: Install Switch
Mount the switch in the box and attach the wall plate.
Step 5: Restore Power
Turn the breaker back on.
Step 6: Pair with Matter
Use your preferred Matter app to scan the QR code and add the switch to your smart home.
