Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Turn off power: Switch off the circuit breaker. Verify with voltage tester.
  2. Remove existing switch: Unscrew faceplate and switch. Document wire connections.
  3. Identify wires: Locate line (hot), load, neutral, and ground wires.
  4. Connect the Meross switch:
    • Line → Hot from panel
    • Load → Wire to light fixture
    • Neutral → Neutral bundle
    • Ground → Ground wire
  5. Mount the switch: Install in electrical box and attach faceplate.
  6. Restore power: Turn on the circuit breaker. LED should illuminate.
  7. Enter pairing mode: Press and hold the button until LED blinks.
  8. Add via Matter: Open your controller app, tap "+", and scan the Matter code.

Troubleshooting

  • Switch not powering on: Verify all wire connections. Ensure neutral is connected. Check circuit breaker.
