Step-by-Step Setup
- Download Reolink App: Install from the App Store or Google Play.
- Power On Camera: Press and hold the power switch for 2 seconds to turn on the camera.
- Open App: Tap (+) in the top-right corner to start setup.
- Scan QR Code: Scan the QR code on the camera. Or tap "Input UID/IP" and enter the 16-digit UID manually.
- Select Wi-Fi Not Configured: If you hear a voice prompt from the camera, confirm and tap Next.
- Enter Wi-Fi Credentials: Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Tap the eye icon to verify.
- Scan QR Code with Camera: Tap "Scan Now" and hold your phone about 8 inches from the camera lens.
- Wait for Connection: Allow about 60 seconds for the camera to connect to your router.
- Create Camera Password: Set a login password (username is "admin" and cannot be changed).

Troubleshooting
- QR code not scanning: Hold phone about 8 inches (20 cm) from camera lens. Ensure good lighting.
- Wi-Fi issues: Verify network is active and within range. Try restarting router and camera.
- Bluetooth setup option: If QR scan fails, try Bluetooth-based Wi-Fi configuration in the app.
- 2-year warranty: Reolink provides lifetime tech support and 2-year warranty.
- Factory reset: Press and hold reset button for 10 seconds.
