Troubleshooting
- Voice prompt: "Network connection failed": Verify Wi-Fi password is correct. Ensure router is broadcasting and within range. Try 2.4GHz if 5GHz fails.
- Pan/tilt not responding: Restart the camera by unplugging power briefly. Check for obstructions around the camera. Update firmware.
- Auto-tracking loses subject: Subject may be moving too fast. Ensure adequate lighting. Keep tracked area within camera's range of motion.
- Optical zoom not working: Use pinch-to-zoom in the app for optical zoom. Digital zoom is handled separately. Check that camera isn't in the middle of a pan/tilt motion.
- Night vision too dark: IR LEDs may be blocked or dirty. Clean the camera lens. Check that night vision is enabled in settings.
