Step-by-Step Setup
- Plan your installation: Measure the area where you'll install the strip. The L930E can be cut to length at marked intervals.
- Clean the surface: Wipe down the mounting surface for better adhesive grip.
- Connect the strip to controller: Plug the light strip into the controller unit.
- Apply the strip: Peel the backing off sections at a time and press the strip firmly onto the surface.
- Connect power: Plug the power adapter into the controller and into an outlet.
- Add via Matter: Open your Matter controller app and tap "+" to add a device.
- Scan Matter code: Find the QR code on the controller or packaging and scan it.
- Complete pairing: Wait for the strip to connect to your network.
- Assign room: Place in the appropriate room for easy control.
- Explore effects: Try different colors, scenes, and music sync options.

Troubleshooting
- Strip not lighting: Check controller connection. Verify power adapter is plugged in. Ensure strip is fully seated in controller.
- Section not working after cutting: Cuts must be at marked lines only. Cut sections can be reconnected with compatible connectors.
- Adhesive failing: Clean surface thoroughly. Use additional mounting clips for curves or vertical installations.
- Matter pairing fails: Reset controller by pressing button for 5 seconds. Ensure 2.4GHz Wi-Fi is available.
- Colors uneven across strip: Voltage drop can occur on long runs. Ensure power adapter is adequate. Try running power from both ends for long strips.
