What You'll Need

• Dreo Smart Tower Fan
• Smartphone with Dreo app
• 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz not supported)
• Bluetooth enabled on phone

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Download Dreo App: Search "Dreo" in your app store and install.
2. Create Account: Sign in or create a Dreo account following in-app instructions.
3. Enable Bluetooth: Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device.
4. Plug In Fan: Connect the tower fan to power.
5. Enter Pairing Mode: Press and hold the Oscillation button for 5 seconds. The Wi-Fi icon will flash.
6. Add Device: In the Dreo app, tap (+) > Add Device and select your tower fan model.
7. Complete Connection: Follow in-app instructions to connect to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
8. Verify Connection: Wi-Fi icon stops flashing when connected successfully.

Troubleshooting

• 5GHz not supported: The Dreo device can only connect to 2.4GHz networks.
• Hidden networks: Device cannot find hidden Wi-Fi networks. Unhide during setup.
• Bluetooth range: Keep fan close to phone during pairing. Move device closer if not found.
• App permissions: Grant all required permissions in Settings for the Dreo app.
• Restart pairing: Hold Oscillation button for 5 seconds again to restart connection settings.
