Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: App Setup First (Important!)

1. Download eufy Security app: Install and sign in.
2. Power on indoors: Connect via USB-C to test before installation.
3. Add to app: Tap "+" and follow setup while indoors.
4. Verify video works: Test live stream before physical installation.
5. Disconnect USB: Close USB port cover.

Step 2: Physical Installation

1. Turn off power: Disconnect at circuit breaker.
2. Mount bracket: Attach to junction box.
3. Hang camera on hook: Use hook while connecting wires.
4. Connect wires: Ground (green/yellow), live (black), neutral (white) - match colors exactly.
5. Secure camera: Snap onto bracket and secure with screws.
6. Restore power: Turn breaker back on.
7. Adjust angle: Point camera toward desired monitoring area (8 ft height optimal).

Troubleshooting
