- eufy Security Smart Lock Touch
- Phillips head screwdriver
- 4 AA batteries (included)
- Smartphone with eufy Security app
- WiFi Bridge (included with WiFi version)
Step-by-Step Setup
- Download eufy Security app: Install and create your eufy account.
- Check door compatibility: Standard doors with 2-1/8" borehole, 1-3/8" to 2" thickness.
- Remove existing deadbolt: Unscrew and remove your current lock.
- Install the latch: Insert the deadbolt latch assembly.
- Mount exterior assembly: Position the fingerprint scanner/keypad outside.
- Connect interior assembly: Feed cable through and secure interior unit with screws.
- Install batteries: Insert 4 AA batteries.
- Add device in app: Tap +, select Smart Lock Touch, follow pairing via Bluetooth.
- Register fingerprints: Add fingerprints for each family member (multiple scans per finger).
- Set up WiFi Bridge (if included): Plug in bridge and connect in app for remote access.
- Create backup PIN: Set a keypad code for backup entry.

Troubleshooting
- Fingerprint not working: Re-register with multiple angles. Ensure finger and sensor are dry and clean.
- Bluetooth range limited: Use WiFi Bridge for consistent remote connectivity.
- Lock offline in app: Check bridge connection. Ensure lock batteries aren't low.
- Keypad frozen: Remove batteries for 30 seconds, reinstall to reset.
