What You'll Need
- eufy Security Video Doorbell S330 (Dual Cam)
- eufy HomeBase S380 (included with kit)
- Existing doorbell wiring (16-24VAC) or battery power
- Mounting bracket and hardware
- Smartphone with eufy Security app
- Wi-Fi network
- eufy Security account
Step-by-Step Setup
- Set up HomeBase S380 first: Connect the HomeBase to your router via Ethernet. Plug in power and wait for the LED to turn solid blue (about 2 minutes).
- Download eufy Security app: Install and sign in or create an account.
- Add HomeBase to app: Tap "+" → "HomeBase S380" and scan the QR code on the bottom of the unit.
- Turn off power: If hardwiring, switch off the circuit breaker for your existing doorbell. Test with a voltage tester.
- Remove old doorbell: Unscrew and disconnect the wires from your existing doorbell.
- Mount the bracket: Position the mounting plate using included screws. For angled installations, use the wedge mount.
- Connect wires: Attach the doorbell wires to the terminal screws on the back of the S330. Polarity doesn't matter.
- Attach doorbell: Slide the doorbell onto the mounting plate until it clicks. Secure with the security screw.
- Restore power: Turn the circuit breaker back on.
- Add doorbell in app: Tap "+" → "Video Doorbell Dual" and follow the prompts to pair with the HomeBase.

Troubleshooting
- Doorbell not powering on: Verify transformer provides 16-24VAC. Check wire connections. Test the transformer output with a multimeter.
- Won't pair with HomeBase: Move doorbell closer during initial setup. Factory reset doorbell by holding button for 10 seconds. Ensure HomeBase is online.
- Package detection not working: Ensure the lower camera has a clear view of your porch floor. Adjust mounting height (recommended 48" from ground).
- Face not recognized: Re-add faces in good lighting. Ensure the subject is facing the camera directly during registration.
- Existing chime not ringing: Install the included chime connector. Check chime compatibility in the eufy app.
