Installing Your Eufy Video Doorbell 2K (Battery)

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Download eufy Security App: Install from App Store or Google Play. Create an account.
2. Set Up HomeBase 2 First: Connect HomeBase to router with Ethernet cable. Power it on.
3. Wait for Blue LED: HomeBase LED turns blue when ready (up to 1 minute).
4. Add HomeBase: Tap (+) > HomeBase > HomeBase 2. Scan QR code on bottom of HomeBase.
5. Press SYNC Button: When HomeBase makes a sound, press SYNC/ALARM OFF for 2 seconds.
6. Charge Doorbell: Fully charge the doorbell using the Micro-USB cable. Blue LED indicates power.
7. Add Doorbell: Tap Add Device > Video Doorbell 2K. Select your HomeBase.
8. Press Doorbell SYNC: Press SYNC button on doorbell for 2 seconds until you hear a beep.
9. Mount Doorbell: Install at your desired location using included mounting hardware.

Troubleshooting

• No beep when pressing SYNC: Charge doorbell for 30 minutes. Press SYNC 5 times in 3 seconds to restart.
• Remove plastic film: Ensure protective film is removed from doorbell before setup.
• Phone must be on same network: Connect phone to same Wi-Fi as HomeBase during setup.
• Doorbell connects through HomeBase: Cannot connect directly to router - HomeBase required.
• LED not blue: Charge the doorbell until LED indicator shows blue.
