What You'll Need
- Eufy Video Doorbell Dual
- HomeBase (included or existing)
- Smartphone with eufy Security app
- Ethernet cable
- Router with available LAN port
- Existing doorbell wiring (8-24V AC) optional
Step-by-Step Setup
- Download eufy Security App: Install and create an account or log in.
- Set Up HomeBase: If not already done, connect HomeBase to router and add it in the app.
- Turn Off Power (Wired): If replacing existing doorbell, turn off circuit breaker first.
- Add Doorbell: In the app, tap (+) > Add Device > Video Doorbell Dual.
- Select HomeBase: Choose your HomeBase to pair the doorbell with.
- Press SYNC Button: Press the SYNC button on the doorbell until you hear a beep.
- Wire Connection (Optional): Connect existing doorbell wires for continuous power.
- Mount Doorbell: Secure using the mounting plate and included hardware.
- Restore Power: Turn circuit breaker back on if using wired connection.

Troubleshooting
- Package camera not detecting: Adjust mounting angle or sensitivity settings.
- HomeBase required: Doorbell Dual cannot connect directly to router.
- Wired vs battery: Wired provides continuous power; battery offers flexible placement.
- SYNC button location: Located on the side or back of the doorbell unit.
- Factory reset: Press and hold SYNC button for 10 seconds.
