Step-by-Step Setup
- Charge Doorbell: Use the included USB-C cable to fully charge the doorbell. Status light pulses white while charging, solid white when complete.
- Download Google Home App: Install from the App Store or Google Play. Sign in with your Google account.
- Add Device: From the Home tab, tap (+) > Set up device > New device, or scan QR code.
- Select Home: Choose which home to add the doorbell to, or create a new one.
- Scan QR Code: Use your phone camera to scan the QR code on the back of the doorbell.
- Connect to Wi-Fi: Select your Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz or 5GHz) and enter the password.
- Customize Settings: Set motion zones, enable familiar face detection, configure automated responses.
- Mount Doorbell: Install using the included mount and hardware. Can replace existing doorbell or mount fresh.

Troubleshooting
- Keep charging during setup: Leave doorbell plugged in during initial setup for best results.
- Can't find Wi-Fi: Move doorbell closer to router. Wait a few minutes and retry.
- QR code won't scan: Clean the code area. Try entering the numbers manually.
- Battery draining fast: High activity areas drain faster. Consider wired installation option.
