What You'll Need

• 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz not supported)
• Hunter remote control

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Download HunterSMART App: Search for "SIMPLEconnect Wi-Fi" or "HunterSMART" in your app store and install it.
2. Create Account: Sign up for a Hunter account and verify your email before proceeding.
3. Power Cycle Fan: Turn off the breaker for 10-20 seconds, then turn it back on. This puts the fan into pairing mode.
4. Wait 3 Minutes: Allow the fan's receiver time to initialize before opening the app.
5. Reset Remote: Quickly press both the fan and light icons on your remote simultaneously.
6. Add Fan in App: Tap (+) to start pairing. Turn off all other fans in your home except the one being paired.
7. Scan HomeKit Code: When prompted, scan the HomeKit setup code inside your remote control cover.
8. Connect to Wi-Fi: Allow the fan to connect to your 2.4GHz network. Wait for confirmation.
